I love what I get to do every day and feel extremely grateful to be part of the Bighorn Community! I believe kids should feel safe, valued, challenged, and know that we love them deeply. I believe kids should be able to make mistakes and view those mistakes as opportunities to learn. I believe we are all part of this journey together which offers time for celebration and inspiration. I believe that through all of this, we will lean in and remind ourselves that we belong here and that we are better together!
