At Beattie, students enjoy daily specials—Music, Art, PE/Health—and Innovation & Technology, each for 45 minutes every day, ensuring a rich and balanced educational experience. Additionally, every six weeks, students receive extended two-hour sessions in both Art and Innovation & Technology for deeper, project-based learning.

- Centered on the human voice, every lesson embraces singing as our primary instrument.

- Based on Teaching for Artistic Behavior (TAB), students lead their creative process in a studio-style setting.
- Every six weeks, they dive into two-hour art projects that contribute to our school and community—blending creativity with purpose.
🏃 PE & Health with Mr. Page
- With access to Beattie Park, students spend plenty of time outdoors, getting fresh air and moving naturally.
- We explicitly teach the Colorado Academic Standards for Health at every grade level—one of the few elementary schools to do so.
- Physical education supports wellness, concentration, and lifelong healthy habits.

- Students receive 45-minute daily rotations plus a two-hour Innovation & Technology session every six weeks.
