Technology plays a vital role in our learning environment—from the dedicated Innovation Station to classroom-based devices like laptops and iPads. Under the guidance of our certified technology teacher, Mrs. Juliet Sisnroy, students engage in purposeful and creative digital learning aligned with the ISTE Standards for Students and 21st-century skills.


🏫 How Technology Shapes Learning

  • Weekly Innovation Station and Classroom Sessions
    Classes and small groups visit the Innovation Station for hands-on practice with engaging, curriculum-connected tech tools.
  • 1:1 Device Access
    Students also use laptops and iPads in their classrooms to enhance ongoing learning—extending digital literacy beyond the lab.
  • Standards Aligned Instruction
    Our program follows the ISTE (formerly NETS-S) framework, ensuring students develop essential digital-age literacies, including:
    • Basic technology operation and concepts
    • Effective communication and collaboration
    • Critical thinking and creative problem-solving
    • Responsible digital citizenship

  • Introduction & Practice
    During lab time, students receive direct instruction on tools, platforms, and online safety.
  • Curriculum Integration
    In collaboration with classroom teachers, Mrs. Sisnroy helps embed digital learning within academic content.

    Activities are designed to promote creative thinking, research skills, and digital collaboration—mirroring workforce readiness .
