Speech and Language

The role of a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) is to help students with communication issues. This can range from teaching articulation to teaching a student to use an augmentative and alternative communication device. As part of the integrated services team, the SLP will help students understand and use language appropriately to share what they know and to interact with their peers and staff.
