What Is It?

Why Join?
- Health & Wellâbeing: Running promotes cardiovascular fitness, supports healthy growth, helps regulate stress, and boosts emotional well-being.
- Focus & Energy: Physical activity can âpump upâ the brainâstudents often return more alert and ready to learn.
- Team & Confidence: Kids build social skills, self-esteem, and resilience while working in a supportive, team-oriented setting.
- Inclusivity: Our club welcomes every student and sets everyone up for success, regardless of running background.
